Other than the post I did about my prom, I guess it is safe to say that I haven't been blogging for some time. I had been working and settling some stuff. However, now, I'm pretty idle and will be able to resume blogging.
I still do have choir practice every Tuesday and Thursday till the end of this month - so take note my fellow choristers. That should keep me occupied for a couple of days each week.
On other days, I would either write songs, read some books, do some revision to prepare for school next year or get a few friends to go shopping. It is pretty fulfilling. At least, all these keeps me from rotting during the holidays.
Tomorrow, a number of us are going to Sentosa for a day of fun, joy and laughter.
Thinking back, I actually kind of miss going to school where we learn new stuff everyday... It's weird how when we were going through our regular timetable, we would really anticipate the holidays and while we are having our holidays, I actually anticipate going back to school.
Whatever it is, I wish that all of you enjoy what is left of the holidays. After all, a pretty hectic 2009 awaits us...

Amanda, Elaine, me and BadiWe attended our prom last night and had a blast there. We had dinner, watched videos, danced and just simply had fun. There was a segment where 6 volunteers were needed to strut their stuff. That was really hilarious as well. We had so much fun that time past really quickly.
Before prom, Amanda, CP and I went to get our hair done before heading to Amanda's house to further our prom preparations.
We left her place at 6 and reached our destination in 15 minutes. we waited for Leon and met Jian Xiong on the way up. The 5 of us shared a table with Angie, Eileen, Jasmine and LengChye. We also shared some really funny jokes... I'm sure you guys remember them... HAHA...
After some talking, video-viewing and dinner, it was time to hit the dance floor. Angie asked me if I wanted to dance... I was kind of shy so we took some photos instead. Soon, a number of people were on the dance floor shaking their stuff and Angie dragged me in. I was pretty reluctant at first but, being in love with music, I soon got caught up in the rhythm and started dancing as well. Our little group expanded with Sinead and friends joining us. We had a great time...
After all the dancing, we all returned to our seats and had a lucky draw.
Each of our prom tickets are numbered and two of our teachers would draw a slip of paper which contained the number from a box and if your ticket number matches, you are the lucky winner.
There were 10 prizes to be won. The first person called wins tenth place. And that lucky person was CP. She was really shy at first and we sabotaged her by chanting her name. In the end, she had no choice but to go on stage. After the 3rd person went up, Leon kept shouting 038 which was my ticket number. I was kind of relieved that my number was not called. However, When it was time to give out the second prize, the emcee shouted 0...3...8 and I went like 'Oh shit' my friends all shouted my name and cheered and all and as usual, I blushed...it was really funny...I won a web-cam.
And when I returned to the table CP went 'You see, laugh at me some more, you got it yourself!' And we all laughed...
In short, we really had a great time...

Something pretty bad had happened recently... It's kind of hard to describe how I feel. I'm thankful for my pals who have been there for me, comforting me and cheering me up. Thank you so much...
