Had our social studies paper today. I did not have enough time to complete it...Well, most of us did not... The time given to us was simply too little for us to complete a four part source-based question and a two part structured question. Hopefully I won't do too badly. I feel so disappointed in myself this year. It's really hard to cope with all the stress since this is an important year for us. Nothing seems right. It like everything just drags on and on... I getting really sick of all this crap. I want the old Angel back...I don't like this new one at all. She feels really strange and all too serious...I want to go back to the old me where despite all the difficulties, there was still fun and laughter everyday. I am trying really hard to do so. I seriously wish that after all the stress and 'hecticness' I'm able to revert back to my old self.
And OMG... I'm having my Chinese oral tomorrow...I really suck at reading. I am able to speak and communicate fairly well, but reading can really kill me. I pray that the reading passage tomorrow will not be too difficult. There will also be a biology paper tomorrow. ARGH!!! I'm dying...
Greatest Luck to all...

I had a pretty bad headache for the past two days...But it has subsided a lot now. I guess I do not need to state the reason why I had the headache. Although I'm not to sure myself, I'm guessing that it is as usual, due to the exams.
We had our mother tongue papers 1 and 2 today. Paper 1 was okay...but I struggled a little for paper 2's cloze passages. I really hope that I'll do well. Pamela, Jennifer as well as Nazeerah - and the rest of the POA students of course - had their POA paper 2 this afternoon. I wish then all the best...
I really wish that time would past even faster. Although time this year is really flying past, I feel that it s not enough...Somehow, I hope the the major exams would just come and go.
I'll be having my Social Studies paper tomorrow...I hope that I'll be able to make it. I've always studies so hard for it...but I always seem to miss the passing mark by just a few marks. So...All the best to myself and all of you...

I'm having a really bad headache...We had our English papers 1 and 2 today. Paper one was quite ok...Paper two was slightly challenging, especially the summary. Overall, the paper was quite ok. I hope that I can score well.
It is the very first time we're having our exams in the hall. The atmosphere is very different. All the secondary 4 and 5 classes are having our exams in the hall...It isn't cramped...but...well, kind of exposed. I'm not sure how to explain it, but having about 9 classes of about 40 students each take an exam in 1 place feels funny. It is air-conditioned though. So that is a plus point.
We will be having our mother tongue paper on Monday...So all the best to one and all...

The exams are starting tomorrow...Oh my god...I'm so nervous...I'll be having the English papers 1 and 2 tomorrow followed by mother tongue on Monday...
I've been studying like crazy for the past few weeks...I may have given all the advice to people around me about relaxing and not stressing themselves out...But I'm actually stressing myself out...
My flu and sore throat have become worse...It just can't get better...Hopefully after the exams, I'll be able to relax and fully recover from the illness.
Best wishes to one and all...

OMG!!! I'm feeling really really tired...It's as if all my energy has been drained out of me...It must be due to the exams...I have been telling everyone to take good care of themselves but I haven't really been doing so myself...I allowed myself to be so stress out over every little detail that I'm still down with flu after nearly 2 months...I'm just so damned exhausted nowadays...I spent at least 90% of my time studying. The remaining 10% is used for daily chores like eating, bathing and sleeping... My mind is simply filled up with my studies...I'm really afraid that I'll succumb to pressure...Hopefully I'll be able to hold on...At least till after all my major exams this year...
If I Succumb to pressure, all my efforts would be wasted and I really don't want that to happen...This is an important year for me...Hopefully, nothing goes wrong.
Pamela and Ray, our secretary and vice-chairman respectively have also fallen ill...They were both absent today...Thus, I had to cover their duties as well as mine...Hopefully they'll recover soon...

More and more of my friends are falling sick. Even I have not completely recovered from my flu and sore throat. Hey guys...you really need to take core of yourselves...The exams are really round the corner. They are starting this Friday. We seriously can't afford to fall sick. This year is really crucial. It decides a big part of our future. So... rest well, drink lots of water and take extra care of your personal hygiene. It may not make you totally immune to illnesses, but it certainly will boost your immunity system reducing your risk of getting infected by the illnesses out there. Especially Pam...I can tell that you are really stressed out...Don't worry...relax...everything will be fine. Take good care of yourself...
Study hard and great luck for your exams...May all of you score well for the exams...
All the best.

Attended a BBQ session with some schoolmates - Jennifer, Jessica, Leon, Leng Chye, Jun Jie, Kelvin, Timothy, Yue Han and one of our senior. It was really fun. We chatted about school, CCAs and a few other topics. It was filled with laughter and we totally had a blast. I joined in in a game whereby we had to form groups of three, hold hands and try to pick rubber bands up with our feet. I paired up with our senior and a lady named Jace(I think) whom we met there. I'll upload the photos another day.
Although some unpleasant stuff happened at the end of the BBQ, and it dampened our moods, it did not really spoil the atmosphere. Leon, Kelvin, Yue Han, Timothy and myself still had fun in the MRT on our way back. Especially laughing about a pervert who can't stop staring at us. It felt so uncomfortable. Leon was the only brave one who dared to stand right in front of them. I moved away after only a few seconds as it felt really weird. Having someone stare at you makes you feel as if you are going through an X-ray. I really look forward to more of such events.
That's all for today.

My D&T teacher wasn't here today, so we were unable to do our practical during lesson time. Instead, we had this test which was really difficult and I'm sure that I'll fail.
Leon reported sick today. he seemed to be eally unwell.
Get Well Soon, Leon...
Jasmine and I stayed back to do our practical after school today. I only managed to sand and buff one piece of long acrylic as my arms were simply aching after that.
That's all I have today...

I'm so happy!! My Chinese is really improving. I'll definitely continue to work hard and hopefully, I'll be able to score well for my exams.
Maths lesson was hilarious today. a classmate had a little clash with the teacher...It was really funny. As it was really rude to laugh, most of us giggled really hard. I have the urge to put the entire conversation down but it's pretty vulgar and negative. It may offend most people...so I've decided not to.
I also had my English oral consultation after school today. I would not say that I did well because I fell 1 mark short of my targeted score. instead of 32/40, I got 31/40. Hopefully I'll improve the next time...

Today, we had our Empowered programme for the second week. I was really pissed off with my class during the programme. I mean...come on we are like 16...not 6. You should know right from wrong... Is it right to throw things around during a test?? Is it right to make sickening noises and disrupt others during a test?? Is is wrong to simply SHUT UP!! during a test?? Come on...Will you just grow up already.
I really don't know what stupid thrill you get by disturbing others. I can tell that those of us who really want to study were damned pissed off by those childish behaviour that should rightfully belong in the kindergarten or worse, the nursery.

*I sincerely apologise for the negative language used today. I just cannot tolerate those nonsense anymore...Especially with the major exams round the corner, I hope that everyone can start getting serious about their studies. It is definitely not too late to start now.*

PS. I seriously do not know when each and every single one of you is free to attend the tutorial. So if you have any problems, you can just come directly to me. I'll be glad to help.

Hey!! What's up!!! I haven't been blogging for the past few days...Had been busy with school, especially since I've started on my actual artefact for D&T.

Here's a brief update on the buzz around me...

On Saturday, 5th of April 2007, I took part in our school's bowling competition organised by the PTA...It was really fun...The event was literally filled with loads of fun and laughter. After bowling, a few of us went to have a game of pool before heading home...

On Tuesday, I was really tired especially after sanding and buffing my artefact. It was the second week after we stepped down from choir...After 3 years of attending choir practice every Tuesday, it feels really weird not attending choir anymore. There's a little sort of emptiness...as if something is missing from my life...I miss choir so much...

Wednesday was pretty boring...nothing much happened, except for the fact that I was really moody the whole day...I was really irritated by people who do not act their age...

I was also really irritated today...Nowadays, even the smallest thing irritate me. I guess it's due to exam stress...I'm really sorry if I offended anyone...I really did not mean it. My temper is really hard to control these days and sometimes I really do not have the energy to even control it. most of us are just so tired after studying that our energy are all slowly draining away... Well, I know that sounds kind of dramatic...but it's true. A number of my friends are also already feeling the strain. I guess we all really want to achieve even greater success.
All the best...

We started our Ampowered programme today. It worked out pretty well...There really wasn't much problem with the class except for the fact the they kept throwing paper planes and paper balls during the test.
This caused the class to be really filthy and Ray had to sweep it all up after the programme. Hopefully there would be improvement next Friday.

Tomorrow would be our bowling competition. I'm really excited about it. My team comprises of Mdm Linda, Sinead, Angie, Yue Han as well as myself. I've got to be at SAFRA-Mount Faber's bowling at 8.15pm to register. Leon, Amanda and some others will be playing for our beloved choir. I'm guessing that we would really enjoy ourselves tomorrow. Good Luck to all bowlers...

I heard that choir practice today was pretty good. Congrats to all our juniors. Keep up the marvellous effort and win back the glory for the choir. Good luck to all budding choristers...

The mini tuition class will commence this Friday at 1pm. The venue will be in 4N2 classroom. Please bring along your maths, chemistry as well as biology ten-year-series.
I hope i can do well in coaching all of you. Never have I been given such a huge responsibility. Thankfully, I have Pamela and Leon's help. I'll be covering for Pamela temporarily as she has and up coming competition.
I hope that I won't mess things up. I'm pretty confident that there wouldn't be much of a problem but I still can't help being slightly worried. I'll give it my best shot though...Study hard!!!

We as sec 4 choristers had our last performance an Saturday, 29 march 2008. The 34th Speech and Prize-giving day performance was a success and we were really happy. After the event, most of us went to take some photographs at various venues. Our teacher-cum-instructor, Mrs Ong even suggested that we organize a small gathering for the graduating as well as graduated choir members which could be held at her place...
Thank You Mrs Ong!!!

OMG!!! The ceiling fan which is located directly above me in our classroom cracked and I totally freaked out...The guys in made things worse by urging me to on the damned fan...However the fan remained off for the entire day...I told Mdm Choo about it and she allowed me to change my place temporarily.
